Centennial Hops

This hop is an excellent hop to use for bittering, but you will find this one to have a very unique aroma and taste. The Hop House Centennial, if used in late boil or dry hopping will give off a Raspberry and Cranberry note. If Ambers, Reds and Darker Ales are your GO TO, this hop is the one to use.
Substitute Hops: Cascade and Columbus.
